It can be eaten raw, toasted, use in many kinds of cooking, baking, salads, sweets, in form of flour, milk, oil and many more. But let’s focus on different uses of almond oil. Makes skin healthier for its rich in vitamin A and E which are good on skin health, which maintains moisture. Soothe skin irritation and inflammation, relieve dry skin for smoother and softer skin and cures chapped lips and body rashes. Reduces dark circles by simply applying before bedtime for a couple of weeks. Delayed signs of agieng, removes impurities and dead skin cells by using it as scrub on face and whole body if possible.
