Bonding of family is very essential to Filipino culture, that was I observed. Although I did not experience it with my family, I valued it so much. I grew up in a family that has no good relations, yet it did not stop me of dreaming when I have a family of my own, I will implement it. How important is family bonding? So much I think. When there is harmonious relationships, good communication and one common likes its comes from good bonding. At least a monthly outing of family, of course according to father or mother(for single parent) budget. For a low income earner, mall tripping is enough. Strolling around, a little bit of shopping and eating. Or maybe, in summer, a swimming plan for the family. Some like it on swimming pool , on different falls nearby municipalities or province. Who does not like to talk about food? Everybody I guess is fond of food. It goes along well in every aspect of our everyday life. Buses and jeepney terminals are so important in every places mostly to cities. Rush hours for people on the go as early sun rises and before dawns comes. Commuters all over the Philippines, have almost crowds here in Metro Manila. Big volume of riders is from June since it is school day opening. Semester breaks for college produces a little slice of crowds. Traffics, uncivilized drivers and pedestrians, add those abusive one which creates coalitions on the roads. Am so amused seeing old men still working trying to earn something for their families. Or maybe for their oneself, not to be a burden to anybody. Another thing added to my good impression to these people is if they have no vices in their life through out. A man who had been a good provides for his family, a trustworthy husband and loving too, industrious and a good man to his neighbors. Not all old men are worthy of my admiration, a must set of standard is a need. In my facebook, I read some short articles about these veterans, those who are alive. Year of 2011 is a very memorable and precious year of my life. I never thought I would reach that age after so many things encountered past of life. Here, they called us senior citizens, connoted as retiring from hectic challenges and works of everyday life. It was 2009 if I was not mistaken when I discovered my poor health condition. Good then I have a Maxicare card yet as beneficiary from my son. I highly appreciate and recommend Maxicare Health. My first Dr. recommended by this health care was a lady doctor in gastro internal medicine. Undergone ultrasound…etc. Its almost a year repeatedly coming back to and fro . A little bit of examination of abdomen..tsu..tsu.. let you go home. No medicine.. observe only how it grows big.. Hop in to another lady doctor.. 3 lady doctor.. I was not contented of the way they attend to my condition. It was 2011 or 2012 if not mistaken,hard to remember..I came across a male doctor. A doctor at along Mandaluyong Hospital. He immediately recommend me to undergo aspiration of the cysts. It was multiple and measure big already. I suffer bloating of my belly, hard to breath..
