I joined in a competition in writing songs of praises to God Almighty here in Rizal province. Thank God, my entry won as representative to compete for Luzon region, here in the Philippines.

FLAX SEED AND KEFIR- POWERFUL COLON and STOMACH CLEANSER

It needs a deep fertile, well drained, moist soil and sunny, but sheltered sites for it to give the best yield. It is planted between November or December, cool season.
