SO HEALTHY PLANT’S OIL, SOME OF MY FAVORITES




ALMOND- a species of tree native to Middle East and South Asia. Its fruit is a drupe, consisting of an outer nut and a hard shell with the seed. It can be eaten raw, toasted, use in many kinds of cooking, baking, salads, sweets, in form of flour, milk, oil and many more. But let’s focus on different uses of almond oil.
Makes skin healthier for its rich in vitamin A and E which are good on skin health, which maintains moisture. Soothe skin irritation and inflammation, relieve dry skin for smoother and softer skin and cures chapped lips and body rashes.
Reduces dark circles by simply applying before bedtime for a couple of weeks. Delayed signs of agieng, removes impurities and dead skin cells by using it as scrub on face and whole body if possible. Four to five crushed almond, teaspoon of milk, lemon juice and apply on face for 30 minutes before rinsing. Good for Psoriasis and eczema with 2tsp. of almond oil, 5 drops of German Chamomile, 5 drops of lavender oil and vitamin E oil for several times.
Reduces tanning with a paste of almond oil, honey, lime juice and milk powder, apply for 20 minutes before washing. For wrinkles and fine lines, 2tsp. of almond oil and pour 2 drops of vit. E on it, then massage. For lustrous hair too, rid split ends, leaving a shiny and soft hair, treats dandruff, scalp inflammation. It moisturize and lightens skin, reduces fine lines and improve blood circulation.
Eating it raw, is good for heart ailments, regulates blood pressure for it is high in Potassium content which regulates blood pressure and cholesterol level. Boosts immunity and aids digestion, boosts memory and strengthens nervous system, relieves pain and stress of muscles, promotes healthy and strong nails, eye puff reducer and for eyelashes.
As for food, a healthy drink in form of milk, flour for healthy baking instead of all purpose flour, in form of almond butter, in ice cream form and so many uses out of it.
Almond oil is also use to include in soaps, medicines, health supplement and many more.

OLIVE OIL- often tag to can afford only for it’s quite not affordable for an ordinary earner. But if only they would think of the great benefits derives in it, price is nothing compared to health.

For constipation, have one teaspoon of pure cold pressed castor oil a day for three consecutive days. MORINGA OIL(MALUNGGAY)- extracted from seeds and also known as Ben oil. Its properties includes as: anti-oxidant, anti-inflammatory, anti-aging, anti-microbial, disinfectant, excellent carrier oil for aromatic compounds, hepatoprotective, emollient, preservative, exfoliant, enfleurage.
Health benefits includes: excellent moisturizer when applied to skin imparts glow and well moisturized. Good for acne, fungal infections, anti- aging, makes hair glossy, hair roots are nourished, dandruff are washed and strengthens hair. Good for liver, improve its health damaged by some toxins and viruses. As a rheumatic oil, calm down hysteria, boost gum health by massaging oil unto it. Nail softener too. Use in soap, perfume base cooking oil.

ROSEMARY OIL-for indigestion, relieving flatulence, stomach cramps, constipation, bloating and stimulates appetite. My attention was caught as I sit by our windows, praying of what’s interesting topic I should write. We’re almost one year now here on our new house it’s a small subdivision only. Yes, peaceful but a lonely place for me. Houses here were still few; so many lots are still vacant. Every month, one or two houses are constructed, just like this month. One is near along our side, the other across our street. Constructions are booming fast, happy to see how it is blooming every day in the hands of those men. They are the construction workers as they are called, compose of carpenters, engineers, electricians, mason and so on. My late father is a carpenter, mason with a little knowledge on electricity also. That’s why I admire and saluted this kind of men who really does their job faithfully.
