THE MIRACLES AND WONDER HEALING POWER OF “HYDROGEN WATER”

Hydrogen water is a chemical element with chemical symbol H and an atomic number 1, a so complicated long to explain. But I want to define it in the simplest form many people would understand.

Water is made from hydrogen and oxygen- 2H2+O2=2H2O, it takes two molecules with one molecule of the diatomic hydrogen gas to produce two molecules of water. The ratio of hydrogen to oxygen is 2:1, the ratio of hydrogen to water is 1:1, and the ratio of oxygen to water is 1:2.
Something that doesn’t show up in the equation, is Energy. The formation of water from its elements produces in addition to water, a tremendous amount of energy, 572kJ to be exact.
Hydrogen rich water is also referred to as active hydrogen water, alkaline water, alkaline ion water, antioxidant alkaline water, reduce water, alkaline ionized water, alkali-ion water, all of which are created by electrolyzed reduced water appliances.

Hydrogen-rich water is the same as hot spring, alkalized water.
What are health benefits we can obtain from Hydrogen Water?

-lubricates joints and muscles
-keeps our minds alert, brain needs 705 water
-helps the body to absorb nutrients
-aids in circulation and digestion
-helps regulates body temperature
-detoxifies cells and the whole body
-improves blood pressure, decreases headaches, arthritics symptoms, back pain and chronic symptoms
-decreases the risk of colon cancer, bladder and breast cancer
-in lose weight problem
Three direct mechanisms involved that allows for these benefits:
-an anti- oxidants, reducing damages in the body, thus also reducing immune system workload.
–literally can be done less, fuels the ATP engine that powers every cell in the body. More fuel means more work can  be done, less food needs to be eaten, and less food further reduces the oxidative load the body has to deal with.
-Smaller water Cluster Size- free hydrogen changes, the electrical charge in the water which causes water molecules to form smaller groups and allows for easier hydration and transport of vitamins and minerals.
Clinical improvements obtained from intake of Hydrogen-Rich Water (1985-2000)from Hayashi, Hidemitsu, M.D., Water Institute, and Kawamura, Munenori, M.D., Kyowa Medical Clinic
Improvement of:
-general malaise, chronic constipation and diarrhea as well as persistent diarrhea aftergastric resection
–dehydration in infants with vomiting and disarrhea caused by viral infection
-hyperbilirubinemia in newborns
-blood sugar and HbA1c levels in diabetes
-peripheral circulation in diabetic gangrene
-liver function in hepatic diseases, cirrhosis of liver, hepatitis
-uric acids levels in gout
-gastrodoudenal ulcers and prevention in recurrences
-hypertensive or hypotensive disorders
-hypertensive disorders; urticaria (hives), atopic dermatitis, asthma and others
-autoimmune disorders, rheumatism, collagen disease, SLF
-dismenorrhea, menopause symptoms
-malignant tumors, hepatoma, cancers
-specific diseases, Bechet Syndrome, Crohn Disease, Kawasaki disease, ulceratice colitis
-smooth delivery of pregnant women, enough lactation, smooth and satisfactory growth of newborns
So many testimonies of proven being effective of hydrogen water in human body’s health.

LAKATAN, THE BANANA WITH MANY BENEFITS AND USES

One of the most healthy, nutritious and have many medicinal benefits which can be derives from it. It can grow from poorest to richest type of soil and bears fruit with success. It requires moist, deep, fertile and well- drained soil. A fertile sandy loam or loam soil is best. Banana has many kinds of varieties. Among them are “Abuhon”, “Dali-an”, “Cardaba”, “Saba”, “Lakatan”, “Latundan” and “Morado.” HOW TO PLANT: Suckers must be 11 to 20 cm in diameter and weighs 2.3 to 2.7 kg., cuttings some part of leaves, leaving the two youngest. Cut back 10cm above the rhizomes for maiden suckers. Corm obtain from healthy suckers that have no fruits yet. Use corms with cut tops at 10 to 15cm in diameter with good bud. Dip the corm in a solution containing fungicide and insecticide plus spreader sticker. Use hand gloves and mask when dipping corms, dip it for 5 to 6 minutes, then dry under the shade. PREPARE LAND: Plant either the whole or cut it into pieces, having at ...

A continent whose culture was essentially influenced by Western culture. British colonization of Australia began in 1788. Then followed by various migration of multi- ethnic people.
