Aside from fertile soil, different variety of soil adopted to kinds of plants to be planted in it. We have a vast of land still not cultivated much for most people turn it into a residential one, rather than tilt it.
We have papaya, durian, coconut, star apple, guyabano, lychees, chico, santol, tamarind, passion fruit, jackfruit, pomelo, mangosteen, lanzones, mango, cacao, atis, balingbing, guava, casuy, mabolo, sineguelas, rambutan, baligang (gowak, kupa), lemon or kalamansi, dalanghita or green oranges, bignay, avocado, tyesa, bilimbi ot kamias, camachile and so many to enumerate.

COCONUT TREE- The Most Wondrous Tree
