Medical Field Specialization

It's a fact that taking up medical course need s a brilliant mind. So many hard terms to be memorized and understand well. Patients, perseverance and determination to learn and finish the course is quite hard to achieve. Financial is essential since it takes almost more than ten years to finish the course.

Aside from it, those who want to specialize in a certain field of medical field, must consume another years to obtain it. There is an actual practice of it to well known hospitals here and abroad.Training in these big names hospitals is a big credentials to aspiring specialist doctors. Of course, it's a great honors being with famous doctors specialist who are proven expertise in their own field.

Whenever that doctor obtain a good record of training, got an excellence award, offers from home country are lots. One need not to apply, his problem is to whom he will offer his service.

Medical fields are divided into many categories. There is for children as pediatric, for adults, for bones, skin, internal medicine and so wide varieties of course about medicine and specialization.

But there are times I ask myself, "How come so many specialization for every almost part of body, internal or from head to foot?"

Let's say, internal medicine. It is divided into I don't know the exact count. To mention some, Internal Medicine, IM -Endocrinology, IM-Gastroenterology, IM-Nephrology and others maybe.

In internal organ, another numbers of specialist doctors. Me, a hephatic liver specialist doctor has done the surgery. But after a period of time, I suffered in my right side much pain. I was asked to have an ultrasound. Seeing that record, my former doctor who operated me, referred me to a urulogist. Specialist in kidneys trouble, with stone forming or with a stone really. A fatty liver is also seen forming.

Seeing that diagram above, (stomach or belly part/abdomen) we can see clearly the close attachments of liver, gallbladder, pancreas and kidney.

Liver, gallbladder, pancreas and kidney are strainer of substances which are needed by our bodies.
When any of these organ is defected, others are affected too.

Like in my case, multiple hephatic liver cysts and my gallbladder has a stone. I asked my doctor. "Where did my liver got that cysts?' Reading and searching on medical terms about it, their answer is uncertain. Either from genetic, or if has vices. They are still studying and keep on searching.

As I study the diagram, The stomach or digestive system, down to the lower part of belly, has significant contributing factors.

Whatever we eat or any foods contaminated which entered into the digestive system, all works together . The possibilities that another part of the system may endure the bad effect of germs or chemicals or any elements unacceptable by the system.

To enumerate some possible interaction are when a person had intake:
a) fond of salty andmanufactured foods
b) much intake of anti biotics
c) had eaten fruits/vegetables with pesticides
d) eaten foods which contains bacteria
e) contaminated by a sick person
f) maybe genetic disorder as they say for with cysts, tumor and cancer cells
g)using chemicals items such as chlorox, muriatic or other chemical sprays

Those are just are some of my observations, base on my experience too. Of the disease on my liver, maybe some of the above was the reason. when liver slows down to function due to cysts, gallbladder, pancreas and kidney related organs, was affected too.

But what I want to emphasize and really consuming my mind analyzing is a big question on my mind.

WHY IN THIS WORLD- There is no doctor who specializes in a large or wide range of specializing for the whole abdomen for instance down to rectum. Or from head down to lungs or breathing system which includes of course the heart. Then from limbs down to foot.

I think many would be so happy and contented finding a doctor in that line.

Let me focus on abdomen only. I can express freely my opinion since I suffered operation there. If only I could ask my doctor for an interview, I would do so and be very glad. But he is so busy.

As I kept on studying, searching, putting so many question on my mind,I am learning many things.
Why these doctors refer a patient to another doctor specialist, when in fact the organ I am complaining is just adjacent to liver, gallbladder etc.

Whatever we intake it goes to digestive, esophagus, digest it of course. Then the liquid is strain by the strainer organs, liver, gallbladder and pancreas. Distributed to organ parts energy, vitamins and substantial elements needed to different parts of the bodies.

The liquid waste passes to kidney, urinary system then to sex organ of individuals.
How come they can't explain to patient clearly and instead referring to another specialist? When in fact they just related. Reasonable when what is being ask is about kidney and relate it heart pain.

I took a back review of my past activities. From what I'm fond to eat, daily chores of activities, previous sickness, medicines taken before, chemicals used or handles in house, smoke from cigarettes
inhaled and others.

Questions kept roaring on my mind. Does these doctors doesn't know that the possibilities of defect of one organ connected nearly to each affect others? How come they can't explain?

Hephatic liver cyst did not just develop there for without any scientific reason. As what I've heard from my parents story about the death of their parents, there is no on either part has liver diseases. That is, if their conclusion is maybe a genetic or hereditary.

Why there is no at least one doctors which submerge as an excellent doctor who really focus on specializing the whole abdomen system down to rectum.

Never mind the head down to breathing system or from pelvic parts limb down to feet.

Many would give a big salute to that certain doctor who will really give emphasis on whole abdomen and digestive part of the body. It is clearly seen on diagram.

Is it for the reason that they will have to memorize so many hard medical terms? Time consuming much? Or maybe, it will create so much fuzz and almost make a person insane to go all about the whole digestive system and abdomen organ function?

Diseases are mostly obtain from what is intake, either in form of food, medicine, vices forms or due accident.

Of course we patients, consults a doctor to learn from them, evaluate to us the effect of any contributor to our diseases. Upon being explained, we learn to avoid or eradicate any things which i not suitable to our health.

I am so disgusted why for so many centuries had past, modern times now, yet not anyone attempted to jump on pool of this study.

Many are awarded with so many medals of honor, doctorate degree, recognitions. But ask them, why is this part of mine organ has like this and like that? Oh, go to this another specialist doctor.

If patient ask,"they have almost same purpose doctor, all these organ acts as strainer Yes, but what I have specializes was this part only. Don't you know doc that when this part is not functioning well, the other strainer will be demoralize too? "

The doctor told him to just go to another and let that another doctor answer all his remaining queries.
My head feels dizzy, how to understand the philosophy of reasoning of these doctors.

I don't have in mind intentions of despising anyone. I owe partly my life to that very good doctor who had done the surgery on me. A very kind and talented doctor in his field he specialized.

What I am trying to drive is to satisfy my eagerness to know the reason behind my questions.
